What's included in the subscription?
All 80+ Odoo apps on a dedicated server, daily encrypted backups, SSL, email integration, automated monitoring, and email support Mon–Fri. Not included: implementation services, IAP credits, and custom code maintenance.
Is multi-company available?
Yes. You get full, unrestricted access to every Odoo feature: multi-company, Studio, external API, custom modules, exactly as if you self-hosted it.
How do you define a paying employee?
We bill per employee (the Odoo HR object), not per user login. If you have 1 user account but 10 employees in Odoo HR, you pay for 10. Portal users (customers, suppliers) are always free. Details in our Terms of Service.
What is the backup retention policy?
Daily backups are retained for 30 days. All backups are encrypted at origin and stored in EU-only S3 buckets.
Where are my backups hosted?
In encrypted S3 storage in the EU, powered by green energy. Each backup is encrypted before upload using cutting-edge encryption, with least-privilege access policies. Your data never leaves Europe.
Can I migrate from my current hosting provider?
Yes. Send us your database export or we handle the full migration: data transfer, DNS, and testing included. Learn more.
